We had our 3rd annual golf outing and it turned out great. The
weather was a lot better than last year. We had twenty teams of
four golfers. Thank you Charleston Country Club for all your help.
Most of our players were members. Papa Murphy's Pizza furnished
lunch for all the golfers and volunteers and dinner was served by
the Charleston Country Club, thank you Paul and Brandon for
doing a great job.

The benefit concert for Paradise Equestrian Therapy Center and
the new Horses for Heroes program was a great success. Thank
you Steve Harrison and Brigadier General Lawrence Huggin. The
weather was great and the bands were too. Also thank you Ron
Stoner for being our MC.

October has been a busy month for the Center. We have a lot of
new riders and volunteers. Also United Way has put us on there
list for donations along with RR Donelley. We also received a
large donation from a friend that owns a truck line in Arkansas.
Thank you so very much Mike & family. We are also getting a
donation of insulation for our indoor arena's. So next year we will
be able to run all year long.
